Level 3 — Development
$750 · ~3 hours + two follow-up sessions
Help me become a better rider.
Most fitting stops at the bike. This goes further.
A good fit solves a lot. It puts you in a position that works, one that’s supported by your measurements, your flexibility, and your goals. For many riders, that’s exactly what they need.
But some riders hit a different wall.
The position looks right. The numbers check out. And something still drifts. Discomfort that builds over an hour, not the first ten minutes. A side that never quite matches the other. A feeling that the bike fits, but you don’t always fit the bike.
That’s not a fitting problem. That’s a movement problem, and it requires a different kind of work.
What Level 3 Is
Level 3 builds directly on a Comprehensive Fit. The position gets established first. Then the focus shifts to how you actually use it.
We look at how load moves through your body while you ride. How you apply pressure through the pedals. How your hips and spine organize under effort. How your upper body stabilizes, or compensates. How you breathe when things get hard.
These are movement patterns. They’re not always obvious, and they don’t always show up immediately. But they shape how comfortable and consistent your position feels over the course of a real ride.
Some of this work happens on the bike. Some happens off it, briefly, and with a clear purpose. Everything points back to the same place: how you move when you’re riding.
This is not rehab. It is not corrective exercise or a strength program. It is movement education, and the bike is the classroom.
How It Works
Level 3 is a process, not a single session. It’s delivered over three visits with time between them, enough time to ride, feel what’s changed, and come back with real feedback.
Between sessions you’ll have simple, focused work to practice. Nothing overwhelming. The kind of thing you can actually remember and use.
Each follow-up builds on the last. We refine what’s working, address what isn’t, and keep moving forward. By the end you’ll have a position that holds up under real conditions, and a clearer sense of what to pay attention to when something starts to shift.
This is the right next step if
Your position feels close but not quite right over longer rides. Discomfort tends to appear gradually rather than immediately. You can feel when something’s off but don’t know what to do about it.
Or maybe nothing is wrong at all. You’re curious. You want to understand how your body works on the bike, not just where it sits. You have goals you’re working toward and you want to leave no stone unturned. You’re the kind of rider who finds that kind of learning genuinely interesting.
Level 3 works best for riders who are willing to participate in the process. If you want to be told exactly what to do and leave with fixed numbers, the Comprehensive Fit is the better starting point. This goes deeper than that.
What’s included
Comprehensive Fit session, two follow-up sessions, focused homework between visits, and ongoing guidance on what to feel, what to adjust, and how to think about your position over time.

Buying a new bike?
Level 3 works well as a pre-purchase service too. We can establish your position before the bike is ordered, use that to inform sizing and geometry decisions, and then use the included follow-ups to dial everything in once it arrives.
